SBCS is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for the Spotsylvania Middle School Additions and Renovations. The project is generally described as the demolition and removal of existing building structures, including associated site features and utilities. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of buildings; removal of below-grade construction; disconnection, capping, sealing, and/or removal of site utilities; and salvage of designated items for reuse by the Owner.
