All work to fulfill the requirements of the contract shall be in a manner consistent with the manufacturer/owners' instructions and in accordance with the current editions of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Road and Bridge Specifications, VDOT Road and Bridge Standards, VDOT Special Provision Copied Notes, Special Provisions, and Supplemental Specifications, VDOT Road Design, VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications and VDOT instructional and informational Memorandum, VDOT Drainage Manual, the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook (VESCH): Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), VOSH Standards and Regulations, and ADA Standards and requirements for all material and equipment used including workmanship performed. B. The County requires that all work related to award of this Contract, be scheduled and started no later than twenty (20) calendar days from the date of notification via a County Purchase Order, unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the County and Contractor. Final Completion of any work related to award of this Contract shall be agreed upon by the County and Contractor in writing. C. All Work and pricing shall be inclusive of all supervision, labor, tools, materials, supplies, apparatus, equipment, transportation (and fuel costs), record documentation, permits, and other associated responsibilities and requirements, including profit, overhead, and other administrative costs to perform paving, repair and related services for new construction, improvements, general maintenance, and repairs.
