Renovation of a military facility in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Renovation work at multiple cottages (T2813, T0138, T0580, T2538) located on Ft. Pickett. The scope of work includes upgrades and repairs across several trades, involving plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical systems. Major elements of the work include the removal of existing Galvanized pipe, replacement of plumbing fixture, structural joist repairs, installation of a new metal roofing system, flooring replacement, window replacement, and lighting fixture replacement. A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the conference room of Building T0229 within the DPW Compound at 9:00 AM Sharp. Real ID is required to gain access to Ft. Pickett.
