The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Services for White Oak Creek 12-inch Water Line Replacement Project. This project involves the complete replacement of approximately 800 linear feet of 12" HDPE water line. The selected consultant shall assess two fused pipe materials that can be installed by horizontal directional drilling (HDD). Professional Services includes four phases, Preliminary Design, Final Design, Procurement Assistance and Construction Services. Consultant responsibilities are further described in the Scope of Work of the RFQ. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 4:00 PM CT All questions/inquiries shall be entered into online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
