The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) intends to enter into a Sole Source Agreement with GP Jager, Inc for the purchase of OEM UGSI Dynablend™ polymer blending systems and parts for the Wards Island Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). The Bureau of Wastewater Treatment (BWT) at the Wards Island WRRF operates several Dynablend™ Polymer Blending units at its Dewatering Facility for liquid polymer batching and pumping into dewatering centrifuge units to improve solids removal from digested sludge. The current polymer blending units have exceeded their useful life and require replacement and repair with new polymer blending units and parts to maintain efficient operation. Any firm that believes it can provide the required service in the future is invited to express its interest by letter to the specified contact by the given deadline.
