The City College of New York is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide and install a skidded duplex water softener for portable water treatment. Prospective respondents must complete the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) and send it to the designated contact. Any purchase will be governed by the University's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, the IFB, and Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, version June 2023 (Appendix A). Compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Law (PLL) is required, and vendors must complete, sign, and submit required forms if selected: "Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)", "Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations", and "Offerer's Disclosure of Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k".
