Renovation of a mixed-use development in Huntingdon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to replace an existing 30-ton rooftop unit (RTU). The project includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement with a new Trane, or equivalent, 30-ton RTU, crane services for lifting and placement, installation on existing roof curb, connection to existing supply, return, and system ductwork, gas plumbing modifications as required, electrical modifications to integrate with existing utilities, use of existing disconnects where applicable, integration with existing building controls system, complete system startup, testing, and verification of proper operation. All work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes and standards.
