Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Springfield, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of a nature playground at Dorris Ranch. In general, the work consists of site clearing, earth work, erosion control, concrete and gravel paving, custom play feature and premanufactured play equipment installation, and landscaping. The contract is for a public works project subject to Oregon Revised Statutes 279C.800 to 279C.870 and the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). Willamalane Park and Recreation District encourages bids from minority, women, veteran and emerging small businesses. This project generally consists of construction of a childrens nature playground, including construction of new play areas, concrete paving, compacted gravel path, paved ADA parking space and associated work. BOLI prevailing wage rates per ORS 279C apply to this project. Contractor to follow requirements of BOLI with regard to providing owner with certified payroll.
