The Board of Trustees of the California State University is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified general contractors to provide construction manager services with lump sum pricing for the preconstruction and construction of multiple projects under a master enabling agreement. The delivery method is a Task Order-Construction Agreement for Multiple Projects - Master Enabling Agreement. Two types of agreements will be issued: a task order for preconstruction phase services and a construction agreement for the construction phase. The Trustees' budget for all projects is not to exceed $30,000,000, with a maximum budget per project of $7,000,000. The maximum term is three years. Contractor license requirement is "B". Respondents must be prequalified with the Trustees one day prior to the SOQ due date, with applications submitted online at least ten business days before the due date. A Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation of three percent is required in all contracts; additional bonus points are available in the RFP Technical Proposal Phase for higher DVBE participation. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for public works projects and comply with prevailing wage rate laws.
