This project is for the reconstruction of Richard Downing Avenue - Phase 1. The scope of work includes pavement removal, 9-inch fly ash subgrade treatment, 8-inch granular subbase, 4-inch longitudinal subdrain, 8-inch PCC pavement with CD joints and 6-inch curb, 15-inch RCP trenched storm sewer, 15-inch RCP pipe aprons, and SW-507 storm sewer intakes. The storm water will be discharged from one point source into the roadway ditch to the Missouri River.
