The purpose is to select a firm to install Synthetic Running Track Surface Retop on the existing track at Early ISD. The selected firm shall furnish all necessary resources including personnel, training programs, support, equipment, materials, services, and supplies to effectively and efficiently install the specified Synthetic Running Track Surface Retop. Each participating firm must submit a written Proposal detailing how the objectives will be achieved. Completion- July 27, 2026. Base Proposal for Synthetic Running Track Resurface Retop - Scope of Work 1. Pressure wash and clean existing surface and prep for new surface. 2. Approx. 40 SY of repair at D-zone. 3. Full depth repair near edges where required. 4. Remove and replace curb and gutter near D-zone approx.. 120 linear feet with full depth track repair near edges. 5. Provide and install +-6,183 square yards of TTS100 Retop (Red color) on the track oval, d-zone and events. Alternate 1: Gray Color Track with Purple Color Exchange Zones 6. Stripes, lettering, logos, and distance tick marks as it is on the existing track. Alternate 2: Alternative Suggestion for stripes, lettering, logos, and district tick marks.
