The City requires a qualified contractor to provide renovation and construction services for Fire Station 1, located at 2585 13th Avenue, in Regina, Saskatchewan. The scope generally includes, but is not limited to: emergency generator replacement, condensing unit replacement, boilers and water heater replacement, air handling unit replacement, air louver, ductwork and motorized damper installation, fire alarm replacement, lighting LED and controls upgrade, BMS System installation, gear dryer installation, and fire stopping, among other things.
