Renovation of a military facility in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work consists of replacing boilers in Building 1364 at Fort McCoy. Construction services include removal of existing boiler equipment and installation of new boiler systems, along with all associated mechanical, electrical, piping, and control work necessary to provide a complete and fully functional heating system. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to perform the work in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements. All work shall be completed within 150 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Location: Fort McCoy, 2171 South 8th Avenue, Fort McCoy, WI 54656. All questions, concerns, verification or clarification of information regarding this solicitation, scope and any documents included in the solicitation package shall be submitted in writing to todd.a.dempsey.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00 AM, Central Time, June 4, 2026. Include in the subject line of the email the Government's solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government's ability to ensure all questions are considered during the bidding process. Provide your company name, POC and contact information in the body of the email. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
