INVITATION TO TENDER - EB144-261516 - Glace Bay Wharf Reconstruction. Public Works and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires the demolition and reconstruction of existing wharf structures D1 to D11. The new construction consists of a steel H-pile supported marginal wharf to replace the existing structures, which are mainly timber cribs. The contractor is authorized to commence work no earlier than August 1st, 2026, and the work must be completed by March 31st, 2027. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation by contacting the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
