The work to be performed under this contract is for improvements to Spring Mountain Road Phase 2 from Rainbow Boulevard to Decatur Boulevard. Improvements include mill and overlay of asphalt pavement, pavement reconstruction, raised center medians, driveway replacements, Americans with Disabilities (ADA) upgrades, improvements to existing street lighting, traffic signal modifications, intelligent transportation system (ITS) infrastructure, replacement of existing signage, utility modifications and adjustments, traffic control devices, and pavement markings.
