The County of Volusia, Recovery and Resiliency is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of CDBG-DR City of Edgewater Canal Armoring Construction located at Edgewater, Florida. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Volusia County's Office of Recovery and Resiliency (ORR) is seeking construction services for this project to construct the City of Edgewater's proposed canal stabilization and improvements. This project is intended to aid in the recovery of Volusia County from the damage suffered from Hurricane Ian in September 2022 and this project is funded by a U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery ("CDBG-DR").
