Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 374,500-square-foot, two-story above grade laboratory facility.
The Project Terra Canada National Capital Area is part of the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) on the existing campus at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The Component 1 portion of the project consists of a basement, a storey building and a two-storey penthouse. EBC Inc. is acting as Construction Manager for the project on behalf of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Bids must be submitted online. Pre-qualification requirements: Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
