Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Nepean, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and 3,000-square-foot laboratory facility.
The Capital Labs Project in Ottawa, ON involves construction of a new laboratory building approximately 30,000 sq meters with a dedicated central utility plant to support the laboratory system, and approximately 3,000 sq meters consisting of two farm buildings and a guard house. The project also includes construction and installation of a geothermal system and modifications to the civil infrastructure in the existing campus to support the new construction. Bidders are required to submit their bids in hard copy format.
