Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Subcontractor shall be responsible for the fabrication and installation of epoxy flooring systems as part of the PWC fit-out, in accordance with project specifications, standards, and design intent. The Work includes the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and resources necessary to perform the services. The successful Respondent will be required, but not limited, to perform the following: 1. Epoxy floor coatings and systems, including application and finishing. 2. Surface preparation, including substrate treatment and readiness. 3. Coordination with drawings, specifications, and construction sequencing. 4. Quality control and compliance with project performance requirements. The Work excludes epoxy terrazzo and waterproofing systems.
