Reference Number 0000423385 The Pueblo West Metropolitan District District is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for the construction and improvement of approximately 2520 SY of Mill Slag surfacing and 407 LF of 6 chain link fence for the District Parks and Recreation storage yard at 340 E. Hahns Peak Avenue. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials required to complete the project, Contractor shall remove approximately 190 linear feet of existing 6 foot chain link fencing and top rail that will be re-installed along the property line, and approximately 180 linear feet of four foot chain-link fencing, posts and concrete, to be properly disposed of by the Contractor. Contractor shall install approximately 217 feet of new 6-foot chain-link fence, posts, top rail and bottom tension wire. This section is to be tied into two points of existing 6-foot fence contractor shall remove and reinstall 1 existing 20-foot roll gate and install 1 new 20-foot roll gate to match existing roller gate. Mill slag surfacing shall be spread over the enclosed yard, approximately 2520 SY, 4-inch deep, 3/8 Minus. All grading shall be included to ensure proper drainage is achieved. Add Alternate No. 1 is for the installation of Commercial chain link privacy slats (Tan) to be installed in 576 LF of 6 chain link fence. All existing materials and equipment will be relocated prior to the start of the Project by Owner. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractor prior to submission of bids. All pricing shall be inclusive to include but is not limited to all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, freight, travel, fuel, set-up, take-down, and any other costs related to the successful completion of the project.
