Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hot Springs, South Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Construction to upgrade and update existing electrical distribution equipment at the VA Black Hills Health Care System - Hot Springs Campus. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the electrical upgrades in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and Statement of Work. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price construction contract using sealed bidding procedures under FAR Parts 14 and 36. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, with a period of performance of 550 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is a total 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, and only firms verified as SDVOSBs in the SBA certification database at the time of bid submission will be eligible for award. Location: VA Black Hills Health Care System - Hot Springs Campus, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
