Provides security system maintenance and upgrade services for the VA Black Hills Health Care System Police Departments at the Fort Meade and Hot Springs campuses. Work includes scheduled preventative maintenance, emergency support, troubleshooting, repairs, software updates, system optimization, and upgrades for the C-Cure 9000 Physical Access Control System, Milestone Video Management System, Centurion Panic/Duress System, and Morse Watchman Key-Watcher System. Services require Johnson Controls factory-trained and OSHA 10 certified technicians to provide five maintenance days per month, respond to emergency service requests within four hours, maintain and repair field devices, access control components, cameras, servers, storage arrays, security network switches, and associated cabling. Responsibilities also include replacing faulty equipment, maintaining software subscription agreements, installing software and firmware updates, conducting routine testing, providing monthly service reports, and maintaining system integration. All work must comply with VA training, safety, security, privacy, and on-site operational requirements, including cleanup, waste removal, and adherence to PPE and construction-site rules. Warranty coverage must meet VA policy with a minimum one-year term from installation.
