Site work for a water / sewer project in Hot Springs, South Dakota. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Valley View Drainage Improvement Project This project will consider ADS HP Storm polypropylene pipe in lieu of RCP pipe for this project. Bidders may choose to bid both HP and RCP pipe if desired. In this case please submit two bids and label the heading as #1 RCP, #2 HP. All proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by the City of Hot Springs. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check for an amount of 5% of the total bid, or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Such check or bid bond shall be used as a bid security in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract and post an approved bond with the City within ten (10) days after the formal acceptance of the bid. The check shall be drawn on a solvent bank or an approved surety company. Sealed bids must be plainly marked to identify their contents. No bid shall be withdrawn after the filing time without the written consent of the Hot Springs, City Council, for a period of thirty (30) days after the filing time. The City Council of the City of Hot Springs, South Dakota reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informalities or technicalities in bidding, and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of, and in the best interest of, the City of Hot Springs.
