This Request for Quote will support the formation of a firm fixed price contract for work to provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary for replacing the HVAC system in the elevator building. PROJECT LOCATION: Wind Cave National Park Elevator Building, 26611 US Highway 385, Hot Springs, SD 57747 MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between $25,000 and $100,000 BONDS: Payment bond protection in the amount of 100% of final contract award amount. NAICS CODE: The associated NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19 million. NOTICE OF SET ASIDE: 100% Total Small Business The Government anticipates that work will be completed in 60 calendar days with work beginning in late July/early August 2025. The final performance period start date is contingent of issuance of Notice to Proceed. WAGE RATES: Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) (formerly known as the Davis Bacon Act) are incorporated into the terms and conditions as an attachment.
