Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, 15-inch, 18-inch, 20-inch, and 24-inch cured in place (CIPP) mainline sewer rehabilitation, 6-inch sewer mainline replacement with 8-inch PVC, CIPP rehabilitation of sewer lateral service connections, sewer manhole rehabilitation, chimney seals, underdrain manhole repairs, a manhole to be uncovered and raised to grade, an internal drop assembly to be installed in an existing manhole, installation of new precast manholes, sewer mainline spot repairs, drain line spot repairs, and lateral spot repairs. All work must be completed within 360 consecutive calendar days after the date when the Notice to Proceed is issued. This project is funded in part by the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust and requires compliance with the Department of Environmental Protection's Diesel Retrofit Program.
