Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Sealed bids and proposals are requested for furnishing services for the SHS Cafeteria Floor Replacement. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including G.L. c.149, 44A-44H, as amended. Bids must remain valid and may not be withdrawn for 30 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the bid opening. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development apply. Contractors must request any additional information on minimum wage rates as necessary before bid opening. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or take any other action deemed in the best interest of the Town. The bidding and contract award process will fully comply with Sections 39M, inclusive of Chapter 30 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as last revised.
