Renovation of a multi-residential development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This project is for the skirt board replacement at Satellite Village. The work consists of skirt trim installation. Satellite Village Development Consists of 73 Buildings for the New Bedford Housing Authority. The Buildings Consists of Fiber Cement Siding Over Wood Framing. This Scope Covers the Full Removal of The Skirt Siding Alt All Exterior Walls, and Replacement With New Pvc Skirt, With All Associated Metal Drip Edge and Flashing, and Self Adhered Membrane Flashing. Gc to Account for Any Ripping and Adjusting of Pvc Stock as Required to Accommodate New Skirt Board With Existing Siding. The T3 Buildings Are Divided Into 5 Building Types. This Development Will Remain Operational During the Work, and All Work Needs to Be Coordinated With the New Bedford Housing Authority and the City of New Bedford Inspectional Services Department. Federal Funding and Compliance With Federal Wage Rates and HUD Procurement Are Requirements of This Contract. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 05/18/2026 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids. Award is subject to final approval.
