Site work and addition to a recreation facility in Boyce, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Bidders must obtain bidding documents from Pan American Engineers, LLC, either by deposit or electronically. The deposit for the first set of documents furnished to bona fide prime bidders is fully refundable if the documents are returned in good condition within ten days after the receipt of bids. Deposits for other sets will be refunded less the cost of reproduction upon return in good condition within ten days after the receipt of bids. Each bidder must include security of at least five percent of the total bid price. Bid bonds must be issued by a surety or insurance company meeting legal requirements. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount, written by a qualifying surety or insurance company. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Provisions and requirements stated in the bidding documents will not be waived.
