In addition to the specific construction work described in the paragraphs following , the successful bidder will be required to comply with the requirements set out below in sections (a) and (b) of this paragraph, and, as a part of the bid response, to include all costs required (a) to comply with all applicable state and federal laws (including, by way of example only and not limitation, the Illinois "Prevailing Wage Act", the "Americans With Disabilities Act ", the Illinois Accessibility Code , and the Illinois Energy Conservation Code ), and local ordinances and building codes without exception; (b) to provide all soil testing, engineering and drawings and specifications required to complete the project in addition to those requirements specifically set out below.
