Demolition and site work for a residential development in Rye Brook, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Reference Number 0000422687 Contract 2026-10 NRCS House Demolition. Contract is to demolish 8 Residential single family homes and restore property back to natural state. Obtain necessary permits, Health and Safety Plans, etc. There is hazardous material abatement such as but not limited to asbestos, Lead and or other materials that need to be abated properly. Contractors are highly encouraged to read the specifications carefully. Failure to do such will not relieve the contractor from retaining specified licensed abatement contratcors. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of the Total base bid must accompany the bid proposal.
