The Village of Stockton is accepting Statements of Qualifications from consultants for Engineering services for the reconstruction of W. Railroad Avenue and S. Rush Street. The project will include reconstructing the roadway to improve safety, functionality, and long-term performance. The design will be based on an 80,000-pound load for the pavement structure, curb and gutter improvements, and storm sewer inlets. The Village seeks professional engineering services to evaluate existing conditions, prepare construction documents, assist with bidding, and provide construction-phase engineering support. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway
