Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Owner is seeking qualified bidders for work on the JPS Roofing Renovations 2026 project. Specialty contractors are being solicited for Techtum Roof Deck, Carpentry & General Trades, Shingled Roofing, Metal Roofing Decking, and Membrane Roofing. All proposals must be based on prevailing wages per the State of Michigan Prevailing Wage Act and require contractors to register annually with the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity - Wage and Hour Division. A registration number must be included with the bid; failure to do so will render the bid nonresponsive. Certified payroll reports must be submitted electronically via the State's LCPtracker system. Payment and performance bonds are required. Bid documents will be available for electronic download through the Construction Manager's project management software, and bidders are responsible for all document costs.
