Site work for a water / sewer project in Willow, Alaska. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
No bids were received. It is unknown if the project will rebid at a future date and time. An excavator will be required to remove approximately 300 cubic yards of material to reestablish access to the boat launch. All materials will be loaded directly into a dump truck and deposited at a designated upland site at the Susitna Landing facility to prevent reintroduction of sediment into the Kashwitna River. The riverbed within the dredged areas shall be sloped to drain into the active channel of the Kashwitna River to prevent entrapment of offish during low water periods. All work to be completed by June 15, 2026. Please see image of Susitna Landing on page 8. FACILITY ADDRESS: 14400 E. Susitna Landing Road, Willow, Alaska 99688 ADF&G is seeking quotes from available and qualified contractors to dredge the boat launch ramp at Susitna Landing. Please see attached RFQ document for details and instructions on how to submit your quote.
