Bidders are required to comply with Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates and Regulations, and the Build America, Buy America Act. Bidders intending to subcontract must take affirmative steps to assure that small, minority, and women’s businesses are used when possible as sources of supplies, equipment, construction, and services. The City of Cambridge may remove work items from the scope to remain within the fixed budget. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality or irregularity in bids received, and accept or reject any items of any bid.
