Sealed bidding proposals are invited for the resurfacing of roads in Crawford County, Ohio, totaling approximately 5.782 miles: Lower Leesville Road (CR 13) (2.330 miles at 22.8 feet wide and 1.25 inches thick) and Remlinger Road (CR 49) (3.452 miles at 18.5 feet wide and 2 inches thick). The work consists of resurfacing the roadway with Cold Constructed Asphalt Pavement resurfacing, Asphalt Concrete (Item 441 (448)), Tack Coat (Item 407), and Traffic Paint (Item 642), according to specifications of Contract No. CC05 (2026). All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid or a bond for the full amount, payable to the Crawford County Commissioners per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Prevailing wage rates apply as set by law. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, or to accept any proposal deemed most favorable to Crawford County.
