Specialty Construction & Facilities Maintenance Annual Contract. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the maintenance, construction, reconstruction, and repairs of HG&E buildings, structures and machinery. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Contract are subject to MGL c.149. All bidders shall submit a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility in the General Building Construction category and Update Statement. All bidders are required to submit a bid deposit equal to $20,000 which is 5% of the total estimated value of the annual contract. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Payment Bond and Performance Bonds each equal $400,000, which is 100% of the total estimated value of the contract. Estimated Amount of Work For information purposes only, the estimated annual value of this contract is $400,000. There is no guarantee of the magnitude of the work to be performed under this contract. The amount listed above is an estimate only and does not set minimum or maximum amounts of work to be performed under this contract. HG&E does not guarantee continual work assignments for the duration of this contract.
