Separate, sealed proposals are requested for all labor, material, and services necessary for Loveland High School Parking Lot Additions, under a General Construction Contract. Bids must include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. Each proposal must contain the name of every person interested. Bids must comply with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full bid amount (including add alternates), or by a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit for 10% of the bid amount (including add alternates), as specified in the instructions. No bids can be withdrawn within thirty days after bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and assess bidder responsibility. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. Question Deadline 05/27/2026 Bidders shall submit written questions to the Design Professional and Owner in sufficient time in advance of the bid opening to allow sufficient time for a response. All Addenda will be issued, except as hereafter provided, and mailed or otherwise furnished to persons who have obtained Contract Documents for the Project, at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the published time for the opening of bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. A Bidder will submit any requested information within three (3) business days of the date of the request.
