Site work, new construction and renovation of a military facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to provide design-build or construction-only services for new construction, repair, and renovation of commercial and institutional buildings. The contract will support a wide range of construction projects, which may include administration buildings, wet and dry laboratories, maintenance and repair facilities, office buildings, and other similar facilities. Work will be performed at various government facilities throughout the San Diego metropolitan area, including Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Point Loma, and all other Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific areas of responsibility. The contract will be procured using negotiated procedures, as determined in accordance with FAR 6.203, as the most appropriate method for procuring the subject requirement.
