Millcreek Township invites sealed proposals for the Presque Isle District Pedestrian Improvements - West 6th Street - Phase 2. The project includes the installation of new concrete sidewalks and replacement of driveway aprons along both sides of West 6th Street from Wyngate Road to Indiana Drive. All newly installed sidewalks must comply with the Proposed Accessibility Guidelines for Pedestrian Facilities in Public Rights of Way, the 2010 ADA Standard, and the Millcreek Township Code. Bidders must provide a non-refundable deposit for contract documents, and each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equal to ten percent of the bid price. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities or minor deviations in the bidding.
