The Tracadie Regional Municipality is accepting bids for the demolition of the house and shed located at 1368 Route 355, Sainte-Rose, NB. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked 'Invitation to Tender No. 2026-AA-1 Demolition of the house and shed located at 1368 Route 355, Sainte-Rose, NB' and delivered to the Director General at the Tracadie Regional Municipality. Specifications and site photos are available at the Town Hall. Neither the lowest nor any of the bids will necessarily be accepted, and if the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount allocated, the municipality may cancel one or more items, or the entire tender. Demolition of the main house and shed including foundations; removal of all debris such as wood, metal, asphalt shingles, and any remaining items on site; removal of cedar sump pit; backfilling foundation void with crushed stone; grading and leveling to ensure positive drainage; hauling and disposal of all materials to Red Pine Solid Waste Facility in Allardville NB with disposal receipts required The specifications and site photos are available at the Tracadie Regional Municipality Town Hall.
