Renovation of a multi-residential development in Newark, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for a bathroom renovation at Vienna 545 IRA located at 545 Vienna St, Newark, NY 14513. Contractors are required to attend a mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area before submitting a bid. Bids will not be accepted before the site visit or from vendors who do not attend. Vendors may also be disqualified if they arrive late to the site visit. This is a NYS public works project and prevailing wages must be paid. Bidders must provide their NYSDOL registration number and Certificate of Registration at the time of bid submission. Failure to provide these will result in disqualification. To request an invitation for bid, reference the location and project title on company letterhead and include a current email address and/or fax number. Question Deadline 05/22/2026 Any questions not asked at the site visit must be submitted in writing to FL.Purchasing@opwdd.ny.gov within 2 business of the site visit.
