Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Sanitary Sewers Rehabilitation by CIPP, Pipe Bursting, Point Repair, or Slip Lining. Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 2 to serve Corinthian Point Municipal Utility District No. 2. The project includes pre-construction and post-construction cleaning and televising of sanitary sewer lines; traffic control, site restoration, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project; rehabilitation of sanitary sewer mains using CIPP lining, pipe bursting, and slip lining methods, including reconnection of service laterals and all associated appurtenances; performing point repairs of existing sanitary sewer mains, including excavation, pipe replacement, backfill, and all associated appurtenances; rehabilitation and adjustment of existing sanitary sewer manholes, including replacement, frame and cover adjustment, and watertight grouting; heavy cleaning of sewer lines, including removal of debris, grease, and roots to restore flow capacity; and clean-up of the project area upon completion.
