Harmony Public Schools, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is seeking proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to provide construction services for a project in Georgetown, Texas. The project involves ground up construction of an 80,285 square foot middle/high school facility, including a parking lot, playfield, and landscaping. The construction scope includes but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents and in compliance with all required codes. Eligible and responsive bidders will be evaluated, and a Construction Manager-At-Risk will be selected through a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code. Responses should be submitted online at www.harmonytx.org/bid or sealed and plainly marked with the project identifier. Late responses will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
