Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.

Sealed bids are requested for paving 50 feet at the 18th Avenue and 24th Street intersection, 150 feet on either side of the new culvert on 18th Avenue, and 100 feet on either side of the 24th Street bridge (one-half mile south of 21st Avenue). The work consists of laying 2.5 inches (compacted) by 20 feet of warm mix asphalt with a 2-foot shoulder. All bids must include a certificate of insurance valid through completion of the project and provide detailed line items for each bid. Bids should be securely sealed and labeled on the outside as "BID FOR INTERSECTION AND BRIDGE APPROACH PAVING." All environmental requirements per ch. Trans 206 must be followed. The Town of Doyle reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any parts thereof, waive irregularities or informalities, and accept the bid proposal or portion deemed most advantageous to the Town.
