Site work for a water / sewer project in Delavan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of replacing the water main on West Washington Street from Elm Street to 100 feet east of Spring Lane, along with other miscellaneous items of work. All bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check/bank draft payable to the City of Delavan for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Project includes the following Work: The proposed construction consist of replacing the water main on West Washington Street from Elm Street to 100 feet east of Spring Ln, and other miscellaneous items of work. Question Deadline 05/14/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. The Engineer may be contacted by telephone at 815-444-4426 or email at dswerig@baxterwoodman.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
