The contractor must provide the labour, materials and tools necessary for carrying out the paving, sidewalks and curbs, all in accordance with the terms of the call for tenders. The work to be carried out is located on the following streets: General section 1 Pointe-Noire Road, between Alban-Blanchard Street and the road to Aluminerie Alouette, Clarke sector. 2. Rue de l'Église, between rue des Sapins and rue des Dunes, Clarke sector; 3. Maltais Street, between Brochu Avenue and Évangéline Avenue, Downtown. 4 Monseigneur-Blanche Street, between Arnaud Avenue and Brochu Avenue, downtown. Optional section 5.
