Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Q&A attachment and survey scans to the RFQ. Please refer to the survey scans and Q&A attachments for complete details. The contractor shall provide debris removal services to address an obstruction within the Quillayute River Federal channel in Washington. The scope of work includes the removal and proper disposal of a submerged tree located in the channel. All services shall be performed in accordance with the requirements outlined in Part 5 - Specific Tasks and any additional details provided in the attached documentation. The work is intended to restore safe and unobstructed conditions within the federal navigation channel. The period of performance shall be for 30 days after the date of award.
