The City of Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking bids for the Georgetown Fire Department Station No. 3 Basement Renovations Project. All addenda and Q&A posted in the "Public Purchase" portal, if any, shall be considered in preparing a bid, and such addenda shall be made a part of the ITB. Before submitting a bid, it is incumbent upon each bidder to be informed as to whether any addenda have been issued, and the failure to cover in the bid any such addenda may result in disqualification of that bid. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through the "Public Purchase" portal. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the "Public Purchase" portal. Failure of any bidder to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under their bid as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the ITB and/or contract documents.
