Renovation of an office development in Dover, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The project consists of replacing the standing seam metal roof at the Delaware Economic Development Office, including gutters, snow guards, and downspouts. Sealed bids will be received via the Bonfire Portal. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for bidding. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond in the sum of 100 percent of the contract price upon execution. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. ****Additional documents including plans are available from the owner.
