Renovation of a detention facility in Dover, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade detention facility.
The existing two-story building has a sloped shingled roof with rotted or sagging roof deck that will be replaced where required. The sloped shingle roofs add up to approximately 20,300 s.f. In addition to replacing the shingle roof and deck systems, wood fascias and soffits will be repaired and replaced. Brick faade will be repaired or repointed. The perimeter copper gutters and downspouts will be replaced as needed or reused as much as possible. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. ***Additional documents including plans are available from the owner
